Can you imagine a world where communications are callus-free? The dictionary defines callus as a toughening or thickening of the skin in response to repeated friction, pressure or irritation. While we are all familiar with this physical phenomenon, I’d like to explore it from a different angle. When we choose to deny our feelings/responses in our exchanges, it?s not as though they simply fade away. Slowly, they build up like calluses. Lessons from Sparkly Shamrocks

In an interesting and unplanned experiment, I learned that we all take ourselves far too seriously. What if we all allowed for more fun in our lives? A couple of years ago, I purchased a few Sparkly Shamrock headbands for the ladies in my March 17th Pilates class. Everyone is familiar with this item ~ in March, they are a staple product in your local dollar store.
